"Having made his name at high-end New York Japanese restaurant Brushstroke, Gen Yamamoto has set up his own eponymous bar in Tokyo."
「ニューヨークの高級日本レストラン"Brushstroke"で名前を挙げ、ゲン・ヤマモトは自分の名前を冠したバーを東京に開いた」

Oxford-Dictionaryのサイトでは"eponymous"は以下のように説明されています。
(of a thing) named after a particular person or group
「特定の人やグループにちなんで名前が付けられた（モノ）」
