「舌に合う」を英語で？

TheJapanTimesの記事"Singapore’s taste for Japanese drinks"に以下の一文がありました。

"Japanese whisky is particularly suited to the Singaporean palate."
「日本のウイスキーはシンガポール人の舌にとくに合う。」

Longmanのサイトには、"suit"の意味の一つとして以下のように説明されています。
best/well/ideally/perfectly etc suited to/for something：to have the right qualities to do something:
「あることをするのに適したクオリティを持っている」

例：The activity holidays on offer are really best suited to groups.
　　「提案された休暇のアクティビティは、特にグループに向いています」
　　land well suited for agriculture
　　「農業にとても合う土地」
　　the candidate most ideally suited to doing the job
　　「この仕事をするのに最も適任な候補者」

Merraim-Webster'sのサイトでは、"palate"は以下のように説明されています。
1　: the roof of the mouth separating the mouth from the nasal cavity
　「鼻腔と口腔を隔てる口腔の天井部分。」
2　　a : a usually intellectual taste or liking
　　「一般的な知的嗜好または、好み」例「自分の好みとしては派手すぎる」
　　b : the sense of taste
　　「味の感覚」
